I know this is mostly already posted in the GUILD CHARTER section, but it appears as if we're already gonna have a few problems with certain individuals. So I find it neccessary to elaborate on the rules a little.

1. Be on time. If you cannot make a raid let someone know in advance via mumble, mail, or here.

2 Bring your personal stims, adrenals, and medpacs. Once we get further into the game and more 50s and hopefully a guild bank soon, we can stock up and provide raiding guildies items for raiding.

3. Any strategies concerning bosses during raids needs be discussed with officers or the GM. Do not spam chat confusing people. Let the raid leaders and such handle that.

4. Watch videos, check forums, do your research on bosses. It's part of your job. We don't wanna have to hold your hand through fights.

5. Keep vent clear during encounters for people calling things out. Joke on trash and intermissions.

6. Once the raid has started there will be no unscheduled afk's unless it's an emergency or you speak to the raid leader or an officer and inform them of a quick afk with a reasoning.

7. If you abandon a raid before the scheduled end time *such as jackal* you will not be in the raid the following week. And may lose your spot if your replacement is competent and reliable. Uness of course you have spoken with someone in charge in advance, but leaving without warning will not be tolerated.

8. Treat your fellow raiders as well as guildies with some respect. WE ALL PAY TO PLAY SO WATCH WHAT YOU SAY.

9. Daphonic likes pink cupcakes.

That's all I can think of at this moment. Not to mention I shouldn't be doing this while at work. If I can think of more or a situation arises you can be assured it will be addressed.
